finally i have something to blog.
Yesterday was a rough day for me. I'm still very unhappy and fustrated about it.
Firstly, it was the incident regarding us doing a tour of 150pax at an exclusive timing of 5pm. we have already allocated who's doing the tour first thing in the morning, which was Me, Jery & Sandy.
this stupid bimbo actually comms us at 4.50pm, requesting Benny to replace Sandy. She said there were "important people" (which i presume VIPs) in the group. Benny was furious coz he just finished his tour not long ago! besides, in the schedule there was no indication whatsoever that it is a VIP group!! and please 150pax of VIPs? who are you trying to kid? but no choice, we can't do anything, poor Benny. if i were Sandy, i would be quite pissed. it's like they are telling you that you are not good enough. it's so demoralising.
what's hilarious was when we saw the people streaming into the conference room, about 90% of them are in t-shirt and jeans! and you call this VIPs?!!?! WTF. damn angry. those PUB goondos have really no brains.
That's just 1 piece of the cake. we went on a field trip to Night Safari after that.
And i TOTALLY regretted going. Firstly, i have no interest in animals, secondly i was sweating buckets, as the humidity (i swear) was the worse that i came across in my entire life, and lastly, i came home with an empty stomach(we didn't eat dinner). it wasn't worth my 3 hours of time. YES, the whole tour took 3 hours. ridiculous!
I didn't like the fact that PUB staff was with us. eventhough it's after work hours, they still treat us like we are still working. Kept reminding us to take note of what the guides are doing, learn from them blah blah blah. all bull shit. They are just looking down on us. they think we are lousy guides.
to tell you the truth, i didn't think the Guides at the N.S are that fantastic(like SOME people say). only their spoken english is worth mentioning. No denying that their english is better than us. But i'm sure it's a prerequisite for the job. i dare say with training, i can do an equally good job, i don't think my english will lose out to them loh.
I don't know how many times i've said this. but i hate working at MB. no motivation and very demoralising. hate the PUB people! if not only for the colleagues, i would have been long gone.

i realise i have nothing interesting to blog.
not much has been happening. everyday is just a routine. I'm getting sick and tired of doing tours here.
My life is getting more boring each day. it's so sad. :(
is it a sign for a job change? even colleagues around me are discussing about it. honestly i have been comtemplating for some time. but well, i guess it's not the right time yet. i don't want to do it on impulse.
colin, sandy & christine went to the Career Fair that day and related to me about the booths on the IRs. The Universal Studios at Sentosa sounds so exciting! can already imagine myself working there. should be so fun!
sighz...i don't know what would be the future like. or even the NEAR future. no plans whatsoever.
